The switcher kiosk mirrors a few text slips for new volunteers.
If you need the actual tower relay logic, it does not live in this Python desk.
Look under /app/backend/main.go once you have the kiosk reader pointed at the right file.

Keep labels short. The old kiosk still trusts whatever file path the address bar hands it.
